Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your uploaded engineering data to train any AI models. You can delete your data at any time.
A Workspace is an isolated environment for your organisation, business unit, or project portfolio. Each workspace has its own members, roles, and data - nothing crosses workspace boundaries unless you explicitly allow it. Team workspaces are available on the Professional ($79/mo) and Enterprise plans.
The Asset Register gives you a structured, searchable inventory of all physical assets across a project - equipment tags, manufacturers, specifications, and status. It feeds directly into your instrument index and document register so your data stays consistent.
Yes. Ricca exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint that lets any MCP-compatible AI assistant query your live project data - instrument tags, document register, asset register, and more. Available on Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans support custom Excel templates. You upload your client's template once and Ricca exports to it automatically on every project.
Yes. While Ricca ships with full ISA 5.1 validation built in, Enterprise plans support custom naming and numbering convention rules. You can define your own tag structure, and Ricca will validate against it. This covers IEC standards, client-specific conventions, and any custom format your project requires.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel from your settings page at any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Prorated credits will automatically be applied to your account if you switch plans mid-cycle.
P&ID and engineering drawing image processing is in active development and will ship in a future release. Today, Ricca works from tag lists, spreadsheets, PDF documents, and text-based exports. Drawing vision (P&IDs, PFDs, single-line diagrams) is coming for Professional and Enterprise users first.
